At PalmaLuna Reiki, LLC, I am dedicated to providing you with balance, restoration, and relaxation through the rejuvenating practice of Reiki. My mission is to empower women to achieve balance and harmony in their lives. My work helps women to get in touch with their highest potential. My support honors their growth, facilitates self-acceptance, and encourages overall well-being.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, centered on channeling universal life energy (known as “Ki,” similar to “Chi”) to promote balance and relaxation within the body’s natural energy pathways. Research has shown that Reiki produces effects greater than placebo and has broad potential as a complementary health therapy. It is recognized and utilized by professionals in hospitals, healthcare clinics, and medical systems worldwide to support pain management, emotional well-being, postoperative recovery, chemotherapy comfort, childbirth care, and mental health. My Reiki sessions may be offered with light touch, no touch, or from a distance—allowing the energy to flow where it’s most needed. Reiki offers a calm, restorative experience that helps bring the mind and body into harmony.
